Just wondering how many other people have a mobile practice? What do you do to make it feel a little more special? I have 2 places where I work out from, I seem to have my car loaded with all sorts of things, and never really know whether or not I am getting the right sort of setting for my clients, I have my laptop where all my music is stored and a few posters and my good luck charms. Just trying to get some new ideas.
I have just recently started my own mobile practice, I use my ipod and a apple speaker, much smaller than a laptop, that makes it easier to lug around.
As for the setting, just make sure you have a positive attitude, and a calm and relaxed vibe.
Yes its important with mobile massage that you creat an environment that you can focus in. Turn off TVs if possible turn off phones etc....... Then just let the person relax and enjoy the massage They will usually feel comfortable enough in their own environment if its their own home. If its a hotel then just do your best with what you have, use nice oils, clean towels and focus on doing a great massage. thats the main thing. Best wishes Brandon
